Membership Eligibility

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Account and Registration Obligations

We will protect Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and Password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or Password.
